Job Summary : Site Engineer -Electrical is responsible for executing, supervising, and coordinating electrical works at site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and safety standards. The role involves close coordination with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute electrical works including LV/MV systems, power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and ELV systems.Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals prior to execution.

Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other MEP disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure smooth site progress.Plan daily site activities and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.

Ensure installation works comply with project specifications, DEWA/authority regulations, and international standards.

Conduct site inspections and coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals.

Monitor work progress against approved schedules and report delays or issues to the Project Engineer/Manager.

Identify material requirements and raise material requests as per project timelines.

Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and site safety requirements.

Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests (IRs), and as-built documentation.

Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Qualifications :Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering .

Minimum 4 -5 years of relevant experience in MEP contracting projects.

Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.
