• Communicate effectively to address queries or concerns from clients or stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other technical construction tools preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and implement technical drawings and plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and capability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various construction sites as needed.
