Job Description

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Site Document Controller & Planner for a major renewable energy construction project in Umm Al Quwain, UAE.

Responsibilities

Manage engineering and construction document control processes.
Maintain document registers, revisions and submission tracking.
Support preparation and updating of construction schedules.
Monitor progress and maintain planning records.
Coordinate technical document distribution among project stakeholders.
Assist with project progress reports and handover documentation.

Requirements

Relevant engineering, technical or project controls qualification.
Experience in construction document control and project planning.
Familiarity with electronic document management systems.
Working knowledge of planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project desirable.
Power or infrastructure project experience preferred.
