About The Role

As part of the Sinyar Graduate Program, we are looking for a Logistics Executive to join Al-Futtaim Retail.

This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 2.8 or above. Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience will also be considered, provided they meet the minimum GPA requirement of 2.8.

You will gain hands-on exposure to product registration, regulatory compliance and logistics operations, supporting Beauty, Toys, Books and Food categories across the MENA region. You will work with internal teams, regional stakeholders and regulatory authorities to help ensure products are registered correctly and shipments move smoothly.

What You Will Do

Support Product Registration & Compliance

• Support the registration of product lines in the UAE through the relevant regulatory systems.
• Ensure the required product documentation is collected, submitted and tracked.
• Coordinate product samples and supporting documentation required for regulatory approval.
• Follow up on product registrations to support timely approvals and avoid shipment delays.
  
  

Coordinate Across Markets

• Work closely with Merchandising teams to identify ordered product lines and registration requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to obtain required registration documents and Certificates of Analysis.
• Distribute documentation to the relevant regional teams to support shipment processing.
• Support registration activities across multiple markets within the region.
  
  

Track & Manage Documentation

• Maintain accurate trackers for product registration, documentation and translation activities.
• Support Arabic product information and proofread content to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure required Arabic labels and stickers are prepared for shipments.
• Provide regular registration updates and highlight outstanding requirements.
  
  

Collaborate & Grow

• Work with internal teams, warehouses and regulatory authorities to resolve registration-related queries.
• Support communication with government and regulatory bodies when required.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Develop practical experience across logistics, compliance, product registration and regional operations.
  
  

What You Bring

We’re looking for an organised and proactive graduate who enjoys coordinating with different teams, solving problems and paying attention to the details.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic language capability is an advantage, particularly for product information and translation requirements.
