Strong background in requirements gathering, functional design & UAT
Siebel Configuration
Good knowledge & work experience on Account & Contact management
Good knowledge & work experience on Assistant Agent Billing Care
Siebel CRM Scripting /Open UI
CRM order Management & EAI
Siebel Workforce management
Siebel PRM/ Dealer management,
Siebel Field Service
Siebel BI Publisher Reports
Confident working with senior stakeholders and system integrators
Remote delivery aligned to KSA time zone
Siebel 20.xxxx above
