Job Description

The role of a Showroom Sales Executive for Building Materials and Architectural Products involves interacting with customers to assist them in finding the right products that fit their needs. You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing the showroom, ensuring an inviting and informative environment. This position requires a deep understanding of the products and the ability to articulate their benefits and features effectively to potential customers. Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing detailed product information.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom for optimum customer experience.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to clients.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of a wide range of products.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and recommend appropriate products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management team.
  • Continuously update knowledge about industry trends and new products in the market.
  • Assist in inventory management, tracking stock levels, and placing orders when necessary.
  • Process sales transactions and handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns in the showroom.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural products and interior design is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a team player.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools and technology.
  • A high degree of professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude is essential.
