Hypermarket Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom / Hypermarket Manager to oversee daily operations, manage sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large retail spaces, preferably within the UAE, and a strong background in electronics, household products, or FMCG categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the showroom or hypermarket to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

• Achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

• Supervise and motivate sales and floor staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve individual targets.

• Manage inventory, ensure product availability, and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely replenishment.

• Maintain proper product display, pricing, and merchandising standards as per company guidelines.

• Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to management for strategic decisions.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a hypermarket or showroom setting.

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent knowledge of sales operations, inventory control, and merchandising.

• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.

• UAE retail experience required; multilingual candidates preferred.
