We’re looking for a **Shop Supervisor** to lead our daily operations, drive sales, and help shape this dynamic concept into an inspiring destination.

**What We’re Looking For:**

* Passion for hospitality, customer service, and creative retail

* Hands-on leadership to manage daily operations and a small team

* Drive to grow sales across coffee, studio, and gifting streams

* Strong sense of responsibility and presentation (manager-level presence)

**Role Details:**

📍 Location: Dubai

🕒 Schedule: 6 days/week, two shifts (7:30 AM–10:30 PM) with a break in between

💰 Compensation: AED 3,000/month + monthly commissions (up to AED 5,000 total) + annual performance bonus
