Responsibilities

• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and provide accurate change.
• Answer customer inquiries promptly, either in person or over the phone.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including the sales floor and stockroom.
• Assist in unloading deliveries and checking merchandise received against packing slips.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, notifying management of any shortages or overstock items.
• Support promotional activities and assist in creating in-store displays.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those concerning safety and security.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
