Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a Shift Supervisor - Cage to join our Cage team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Supervise daily cage operations including cashiering, vault operations, jackpot payouts, and credit issuance
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately processed and documented in compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations
• Train, coach, and evaluate cage team members; assist in scheduling and maintaining adequate staffing levels
• Monitor and control cashier paperwork, variances, and shift reports
• Assign cashier banks and ensure key logs are properly maintained
• Respond to and resolve patron inquiries and complaints professionally
• Contact Surveillance for any suspicious activity and report incidents to management
• Maintain excellent customer relations between cage team members and patrons
• Monitor time and attendance, including breaks for cage team members
• Act as a liaison between cage team members and other departments
• Assist in implementing procedural changes and maintaining equipment functionality
• Promote a positive work culture aligned with Wynn’s standards of luxury and service
  
  

About You

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework in finance or business preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cage operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of cage operations and regulatory compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in IR management systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and internal controls
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
