As a Services Specialist - General Operations Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational processes and providing strategic support to the general operations of the organization. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics to senior management regularly.

  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for operational needs and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in operations or similar roles preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operations management software.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
