The Services Specialist - General Operations Support is a key role within our team, serving as the backbone of operational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily general operations to ensure smooth functioning of activities.
  • Coordinate with teams to facilitate the execution of operational tasks and projects.
  • Analyze operational procedures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation for consistent application of processes.
  • Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to optimize operations.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and propose policy enhancements as needed.
  • Assist in workforce planning by assessing resource needs and making recommendations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management to highlight operational achievements.
  • Solve operational issues promptly and ensure long-term solutions are in place.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members about new operational procedures.
  • Evaluate feedback from stakeholders to improve service delivery and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations support or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in modern operational tools and software is highly preferred.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop actionable solutions quickly.
  • Background in customer service or client relations is an added advantage.
