The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and implementing demand generation strategy for our channel ecosystem and providing all the marketing enablement & support to country marketing teams to ensure success. You will bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution, ensuring our partners are equipped with the right value propositions, digital tools, and launch support to drive customer acquisition and retention worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Marketing Strategy & Governance
- Define pipeline growth plans and innovative Demand generation strategies working with channel / partner teams and support execution through marketing activities
- Split channel growth targets (received from finance) by geo x personas, and provide support
- Define the Partner marketing strategy as part of the Annual Marketing & Sales Plan (AMSP), including clear target setting and country prioritization.
- Program & Offer Marketing Enablement
- Offer enablement & bundling strategies for the channel (personas – contractors, PnB, IT solution providers etc.), ensuring it aligns with business performance goals and market trends
- Collaborate with Global Marcom, Line of Business (LOB), and Partner Program owners to define Value Propositions and digital portal features.
- Launch Marketing Support
- Lead the marketing readiness for commercial launches of new offers at a country/regional level for Partners (e.g., digital services for partners)
- Ensure marketing assets are ready and deployed (e.g., value prop, battle cards, trainings etc.)
- AMSP leadership
- Own and manage the e2e AMSP cycle for Services
Required Competencies & Experience
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to define long-term strategies (big picture thinking) while managing immediate country-level priorities.
- Collaboration: Proven track record of working across Global Marcom, LOB, and localized Operations teams.
- Project Management: Experience managing complex launch plans and multi-country deployments.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret business performance data to update channel environmental understanding.
