• IT4IT.Ability to influence at C-suite level and lead discussions around digital transformation st
• rategy.Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CMA, CTA, or equivalent) pre
• ferred.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on delivering tangible ou
