We are seeking a Service Technician to join our aftersales team, where precision, performance, and customer satisfaction are top priorities. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality repairs and contributing to a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical problems using computerized diagnostic tools in line with brand procedures.
- Perform vehicle repair and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately as per manufacturer and dealership standards (ELSA, TPI & DISS).
- Communicate regularly with the Parts Advisor and Team Leader to ensure effective job scheduling and updates.
- Accurately diagnose and repair malfunctions as authorized by the customer.
- Carry out multi-function vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs to ensure safety and reliability.
- Record detailed documentation of all work completed on the repair order.
- Maintain a personal inventory of standard tools not categorized as special tools by the service department.
- Stay updated with factory service bulletins and attend brand-sponsored technical training programs.
- Consistently deliver a professional and customer-centric service experience.
- Perform other workshop-related duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
Requirements:
- Education: High Diploma in Mechanics; Brand Basic Qualification Certificate is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the same brand or equivalent.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential.
- Software: Basic computer literacy; familiarity with diagnostic and service software is a plus.
- Skills & Abilities: Strong technical diagnosis skills, detail-oriented, brand-compliant repair execution, and a customer-focused mindset.
