About The Role

The Service Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality technical service, installation, and ongoing support for laundry dosing systems and chemical applications. This role partners closely with customers to ensure optimal laundry performance, system reliability, and long-term customer satisfaction through proactive service and strong relationship management.

What You Will Do

• Install, commission, and maintain laundry dosing systems in accordance with company standards and safety guidelines.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure consistent system performance and chemical efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and application-related challenges in commercial and industrial laundry environments.
• Provide professional on-site technical support and application guidance to customers.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted service and technical partner.
• Conduct regular service visits and follow-up actions to ensure customer satisfaction and system optimization.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and site records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate flexibility to support customer needs, including working outside standard business hours when required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in servicing laundry dosing systems and laundry chemical applications.
• Working knowledge of installation, calibration, and maintenance of laundry dosing equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships in a service-focused environment.
• Strong organizational skills and professional work behaviour.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on operational and customer requirements.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Local valid driving licence.
• Experience working with hotels, hospitals, or industrial laundries.
• Technical diploma or relevant vocational qualification.
• Strong analytical mindset with a practical approach to technical and application problem-solving.
