This is your chance to be part of the success story: Cognizant’s Microsoft Business Group Sales team is hiring now and were looking for our next Sales Executive to join us.

This role can be based in one of our offices in the EMA region in Dubai, Doha, Abu Dhabi or Riyadh and will imply regular travels in the region.

Responsibilities

The role is quota-carrying and responsible for selling the MBGs Professional and Managed Services to new and existing clients in Banking & Financial Services (BFS), Insurance, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Retail Consumer, Goods Travel & Hospitality, Communications Media & Technology (CMT).

You will lead a virtual team from across the business by owning the sales cycle. This role combines the skills of hunting, farming and industry selling experience and is a high growth opportunity with excellent earnings potential by meeting and exceeding sales targets within a specific set of accounts.

Functioning as an MBG industry ambassador you will be setting the overall tone in delivering amazing experiences with everyone you interact with

Your Profile

You need to feel comfortable in leading from the front and show strong ability to build internal and external networks. You have a mix of strategic thinking and tactical execution and define yourself as a self-starter.

  • Business degree with 10 years + selling professional and managed services to Enterprise Clients with a focus on Enterprise on-premises hybrid and cloud software and services portfolio Microsoft stack including Azure Dynamics365 M365 Data and AI Security CoPilot etc.) and Microsofts Industry clouds
  • Skills in navigating within a Global System Integrator, leveraging channels and managing complex solution sales cycles
  • Excellent communication in English and Arabic
  • Success in creating and managing of relationships with technology and business decision makers including the C-suite
  • Knowledge of all facets of opportunity and account development & management
  • Existing relationships with Microsoft local field teams and understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus
