Leadership & Coordination: Collaborate with vessel owners, ship managers, classification societies, agents, and subcontractors. Lead or supervise technicians on assigned jobs while working independently when required.
Safety & Quality: Adhere strictly to company Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies and applicable ISO standards across all activities.
International Environment: A dynamic and varied role within a fast-growing, international maritime service leader.
Competitive Package: An attractive salary and benefits package tailored to working in the Dubai region and global field operations.
AEGIR Academy: Continuous technical growth and skill enhancement through specialized training via the AEGIR Academy framework.
Family Culture: A warm, collaborative, and informal working culture where personal ownership, initiative, and team spirit are highly valued.
