Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment on site.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults and provide effective solutions promptly.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical service needs and requirements.
  • Provide detailed service reports following each maintenance task completed on site.
  • Assist in developing guidelines and procedures for better service delivery and efficiency.
  • Keep updated with the latest technological advancements and tools in the industry.
  • Train and support customer staff in equipment operation and maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all service activities.
  • Maintain inventory of service parts and tools necessary for repairs and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless support and resolution of issues.
  • Gather client feedback to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a service engineering role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for service tasks.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations for onsite support and service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with precision.
  • Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with different departments.
