We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our range of products and services. You must be willing to travel frequently as part of your job to attend to customer site installations and service equipment on-site. Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, and servicing of equipment at client sites.

• Provide technical support and guidance over the phone or via digital platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or relevant technical field required.
• Proven experience as a Service Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel extensively across different locations for service requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and standard office software applications.
