Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of three years experience in a service engineering role or similar position.
  • Proficiency with technical diagnostic tools and repair methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple service requests efficiently.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to various working environments.
