Conduct progressive testing and site audits to guarantee all installed drives meet exact project specifications and perform flawlessly in demanding, high-ambient environments.
Serve as the primary technical bridge to End-Users and OEMs by delivering comprehensive reports and critical documentation to secure seamless, formal project sign-offs.
Identify proactive upgrade, retrofit, and preventive maintenance opportunities directly from the field, ensuring a smooth transition from active project rollout to long-term service business growth.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control & Automation Engineering or in a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in service sales, field service, or industrial applications with a strong customer-facing mindset.
Solid technical understanding of drives, automation, or electrical systems, including troubleshooting and commissioning basics.
Ability to combine commercial thinking with technical problem-solving to identify and capture opportunities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across customers, partners, and internal teams.
Self-driven and proactive approach with the ability to manage both field activities and service coordination.
