Requirements

  • Proven experience in a service coordination or customer service role is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using service management software and office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate documentation and service reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
