Service Ambassador UAEN - Pipeline

Job Purpose

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch, ensuring a seamless banking experience by welcoming customers, managing branch traffic, supporting digital adoption, and directing customers to the appropriate services.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage customer flow and reduce waiting times within the branch.
• Guide customers on self-service and digital banking channels.
• Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate branch representative.
• Support customer onboarding and basic service requests.
• Promote Emirates Islamic products, services, and digital solutions.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain service quality standards.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  
  

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, or banking experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.

• Communication
• Contact customers who have overdue accounts to negotiate payment arrangements and/or facilitate payment processing
• work with customers to identify the root cause of payment delinquency and develop strategies to prevent future delinquency
• keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and payment arrangements
• follow-up with customers as necessary to ensure that payment arrangements are being adhered to
• escalate issues to appropriate parties when necessary
• p ovide excellent customer service to all customers
