Job Description

The Service Admin Coordinator is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of service management processes and coordination. The candidate will act as a key interface between clients, technicians, and management, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of service requests. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Ensure all service activities are performed in compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with service technicians to relay client needs and expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
  • Prepare and distribute service reports for internal and client review regularly.
  • Assist in developing and implementing service process improvements and best practices.
  • Manage inventory of service parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast and budget for service-related needs.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff members on service protocols.
  • Respond promptly to client feedback, escalating issues to higher management when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service coordination role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and service management software applications.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities in dynamic situations.
