As a Service Admin Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of service management within our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks related to service delivery, ensuring that service modifications and requests are managed efficiently. As a Service Admin Coordinator, your goal will be to provide exceptional support to service teams, enhance client satisfaction, and maintain accurate service records. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track service delivery timelines to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining service-related documentation and reports.

  • Manage communication between service staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Organize and participate in service meetings to support coordination efforts.
  • Identify and escalate potential service delivery issues to management promptly.
  • Track inventory and order supplies necessary for service delivery functions.

  • Provide administrative support to service teams for customer satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Coordinator or similar administration role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and service management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
