Job Description

We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven SEO/PPC Campaign Manager to oversee and optimize our search marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of both organic and paid search campaigns, ensuring they deliver measurable growth, increased visibility, and strong ROI.

You’ll lead campaign planning, execution, and reporting, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage integrated SEO and PPC campaigns across search platforms.
  • Oversee daily management of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance audits.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Optimize campaigns through continuous testing (ad copy, landing pages, audiences).
  • Collaborate with content, web development, and analytics teams to ensure best practices in SEO and paid media.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience managing SEO and PPC campaigns, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
  • Proven track record of improving ROI, CTR, and conversion performance.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead initiatives and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Familiarity with CRO techniques and A/B testing platforms.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
