We are seeking an experienced,
analytical, and results‑driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead our SEO strategy and elevate our digital presence. In
this senior role, you will take ownership of our organic growth initiatives,
guide content optimization, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams
to ensure our brand achieves maximum visibility across search engines.
You will also play a key role
in shaping our digital marketing direction, supporting social media strategy,
and ensuring all online activities align with our brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, refine, and
execute advanced SEO strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead SEO planning across
on‑page, off‑page, and technical pillars
Identify new SEO opportunities,
trends, and growth areas
Audit and troubleshoot
technical SEO issues; provide actionable recommendations
Optimise website
architecture, URL structures, schema markup, and internal linking
Collaborate with
developers to implement SEO‑friendly enhancements
Ensure website health,
crawlability, and indexation using industry‑standard tools
Oversee content
optimisation for landing pages, blogs, and programme pages
Provide SEO guidelines to
content creators and ensure adherence to best practices
Maintain keyword mapping,
content calendars, and optimisation frameworks
Track, analyse, and report
SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console,
SEMrush, and Moz
Support the creation and
management of social media profiles and content
Ensure brand consistency
across all digital channels
Engage with followers,
respond to queries, and monitor online reputation
Suggest and implement new
features, campaigns, and promotions to enhance brand awareness
Work closely with
marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment
Provide SEO training and
guidance to internal stakeholders
Contribute to digital
marketing initiatives beyond SEO when required
Requirements
5–7 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Senior SEO Executive, or similar role
Strong expertise in
technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, and content strategy
Proficiency with SEO tools
such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console
Solid understanding of
HTML, CSS, website structure, and CMS platforms
Experience managing and
optimizing social media content and engagement
Strong analytical mindset
with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
Excellent written and
verbal communication skills
Ability to work
independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is a plus
Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage
