Job Description

An SEO Executive plays a pivotal role in enhancing a company's online presence and digital footprint. As an expert in search engine optimization, the SEO Executive is responsible for maximizing the volume of inbound organic traffic from search engines to the company's website. This role involves determining and executing strategies for both on-page and off-page optimization, conducting detailed keyword research, and using analytic tools to observe and improve website performance. An effective SEO Executive will work closely with the content and marketing teams to make sure that all digital content remains aligned with the overall SEO strategy and that web traffic targets are achieved. This position requires a blend of creative and technical skills to effectively boost a brand’s online visibility and engagement rate. The SEO Executive must be well-versed in the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in an ever-evolving digital landscape.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content and overall strategy.
  • Analyse website’s performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and performance for better search rankings.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are deployed.
  • Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies to maintain search engine rankings.
  • Perform ongoing competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and progress metrics.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with SEO efforts.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues to enhance site visibility.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging SEO technologies and practices.
  • Manage SEO campaigns, including link-building initiatives and outreach activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar digital marketing role.
  • Solid knowledge of performance marketing, content strategy, and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush.
  • Understanding of algorithms and ranking methods, as well as current SEO trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and a fundamental understanding of website development.
