Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Paid Advertising Manager to lead and optimize our search marketing initiatives. In this role, you will manage both organic SEO strategies and paid advertising campaigns, ensuring that all efforts drive measurable traffic, engagement, and conversions.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in both SEO and paid media, capable of managing campaigns, mentoring team members, and aligning search marketing efforts with broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage SEO and paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and execute integrated search marketing strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools and KPIs.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and allocation of ad spend to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and web development teams to ensure campaigns adhere to SEO best practices.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior SEO and PPC specialists.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, search algorithm updates, and paid advertising innovations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–6 years of experience managing SEO and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading campaigns that achieve measurable growth.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO/PPC tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Knowledge of CRO and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with website CMS (WordPress, Shopify) and HTML/CSS basics.
