Job Details

Looking for SEO and Digital Marketing specialist who have good understanding of Digital Marketing to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will drive our SEO, SEM, and digital growth strategies, with a special focus on the latest trends such as Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO, AEO & GEO):

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Manage technical SEO audits and implement best practices to improve website ranking.
  • Optimize content for multilingual audiences, with a focus on Arabic and English.
  • Apply AEO techniques to optimize content for voice search, featured snippets, and AI-driven answers.
  • Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to enhance discoverability in Google SGE, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI-powered search engines.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Campaigns

  • Plan and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Display, Retargeting).
  • Optimize ad spend and track ROI across digital channels.

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Develop and manage content strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Monitor engagement, manage community interactions, and support brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators for compelling campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console to measure performance.
  • Provide monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Digital Growth & Strategy

  • Identify new trends, platforms, and opportunities to increase digital visibility.
  • Support lead generation activities and digital funnels.

Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of the UAE and GCC digital landscape is a plus
