Purpose of the Job

Daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. This role involves managing warehouse staff, optimizing inventory management processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The Senior Warehouse Supervisor also monitors performance metrics, implements best practices for warehouse operations, and collaborates with other departments to meet customer demands and improve overall operational efficiency.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education
  • Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
  • Experience in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  •
