Responsibilities

• Review footage sequences and make editorial decisions to optimize storytelling and impact.
• Incorporate graphics, music, and sound effects to enhance the overall video experience.
• Work with the production team to ensure the timely completion of video projects.
• Manage project file organization to ensure efficient workflow and retrieval of assets.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all videos meet technical and brand quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative video editing techniques.
• Mentor junior video editors and provide constructive feedback to elevate team performance.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align video releases with campaign goals and schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video editing software and hardware equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in film, media arts, communications, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in video editing and production.
• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolution standards.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with an excellent eye for detail and composition.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
