Senior UX/UI Designer (225-827)

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping the user experience and interface of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, appealing, and effective designs that meet both user needs and business goals. Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interface elements and features for our digital products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure alignment.

• Advocate for user experience and accessibility best practices across projects.
• Stay current with design trends and incorporate new techniques into your work.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team professional development.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards across all design outputs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design fidelity throughout the implementation.
• Gather and analyze feedback to iterate and refine product designs continually.
• Present and communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders effectively.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to others.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design within a professional setting.
• Proficient in design software like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and user-centered design processes.
• Excellent understanding of user experience principles and design systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Great communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Proven experience working within an Agile development environment is a plus.
