As a Senior UX/UI Designer at our innovative and fast-growing company, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the user experience for our digital products. Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design efforts from concept to completion, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions with data-driven analysis.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes to illustrate design solutions and gather feedback for iteration.
• Ensure designs adhere to the company's overall style and brand guidelines for consistency.
• Stay updated on current trends and best practices in UX/UI design and technology developments.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to elevate overall design standards.
• Conduct usability testing to identify friction points and enhance the user experience.
• Communicate design concepts through presentations to stakeholders, illustrating design rationale.
• Analyze performance data to continually improve user interfaces over time based on analytics.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless integration of new designs with existing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a solid portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing for informed design refinements.
• Attention to detail and a strong brand aesthetic with a collaborative mindset.
• Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work independently and within a team.
