Senior UX Designer (225-1010)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Designer who is passionate about creating delightful and seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design processes and be adept at solving complex design challenges. You will be responsible for designing and shaping unique, user-centric products and experiences, working closely with product managers, developers, and other team members. You will have the opportunity to lead and mentor less experienced designers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to elevate the design team as a whole. Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design process from conceptualization to product launch, ensuring user satisfaction.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to present design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers to deliver products seamlessly.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
• Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and innovation.
• Analyze user behavior and apply insights to iterate upon and improve designs continually.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to advance team skills and expertise.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor products to inform design practices and strategies.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered solutions.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful UX design projects and user-centered outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• In-depth understanding of design principles, information architecture, and user research methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines effectively.
