As a Senior UX Designer, you play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. You will lead projects from inception to execution, creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces for multiple platforms. Your insight into user-centered design principles will drive the creation and refinement of our web and mobile applications, ensuring that they meet both user needs and business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to craft cohesive and innovative solutions that enhance the customer journey. Your expertise will be essential in advocating for the user, while aligning the team behind a shared vision for the product’s UI and UX.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from ideation through to execution for digital products.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with product requirements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs and business goals.
• Work alongside developers to ensure design feasibility and technical constraints.
• Advocate for adherence to UX best practices and design consistency.
• Identify and address UX issues to improve user interaction and satisfaction.
• Facilitate workshops and design reviews to gather insights and feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Create and update design documentation and style guides as needed.
• Stay updated on emerging industry trends and UX methodologies.
• Ensure accessibility considerations are integrated into all design deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in UX design or related field.
• Proven experience with tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects from concept to completion.
• Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
