The Senior UX Designer is responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure in the interaction with digital products. By understanding user needs and aligning them with business objectives, the Senior UX Designer will create seamless experiences that often involve complex systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user-centered design processes and have a strong ability to develop innovative solutions. They will work closely with a team of designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver polished, high-quality user experiences. Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.
• Create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to guide the design process.
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure user needs align with business goals.
• Develop prototypes and conduct user testing to validate design solutions.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to create new ideas in user experience design.
• Work with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UX designs.
• Facilitate workshops to align team and stakeholders on UX vision and goals.
• Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and improve on the user experience.
• Maintain and enhance design systems to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Mentor junior UX designers to cultivate skills and knowledge in UX design.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations on UX design projects and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design projects.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with HTML/CSS and understanding of web development processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in design execution.
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and mentorship to other designers.
