Senior UI UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design strategy and execution of user interfaces and user experiences across various digital platforms. Responsibilities

• Lead the design process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications based on user needs and business requirements.
• Implement best practices in UI/UX design, including principles of design, accessibility, and user-centered design.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure the design vision is accurately implemented and maintained throughout the development process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, helping them grow and develop their skills in UI/UX design.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and milestones, and ensure timely delivery of design solutions.
• Create design systems, style guides, and other documentation to maintain consistency and coherence across all digital products.
• Advocate for the user throughout the design process and advocate for design thinking as a key component in product development.
