Job Description

The Senior Technical Consultant is accountable for Portworx deployment and administration, OpenShift lifecycle and Portworx upgrade management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Portworx deployment and administration
OpenShift storage integration and CSI operations
Day-2 production support and troubleshooting
Storage performance and incident management
Backup, DR, replication, and failover operations
Cluster, node, and storage failure troubleshooting
OpenShift lifecycle and Portworx upgrade management

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field

Experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience as Portworx operations/support engineer with strong hands-on production experience supporting Portworx integrated OpenShift environments.
