We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet the role requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular progress updates and recruitment metrics to management.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to promote company culture and attract talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is essential.
