The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 5-month contract. This role is critical in leading the recruitment of key and senior roles within the business and the implementation and go-live of our new Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Alongside strategic hiring, you will contribute to volume recruitment and help design and deliver Talent Acquisition priorities aimed at enhancing processes, improving candidate experience, and ensuring quality hiring outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and niche roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring strategies.
  • Support high-volume recruitment for new store openings and business expansion.


ATS Implementation & Process Optimization

  • Drive the implementation and successful go-live of the ATS and onboarding modules with he supporting project team.
  • Collaborate with HR, end users, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
  • Manage the external vendor partnership, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and quality to ensure successful system deployment.


Talent Acquisition Projects & Capability Building

  • Contribute to strategic TA initiatives focused on efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience –e.g. interview skills training, reviewing and enhancing onboarding and induction activity.


Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment priorities with business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress, market trends, and talent pipeline health.


What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10 years’ experience in recruitment, with proven success in hiring senior leadership roles.
  • Strong background in ATS design and implementation.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment and process improvement.
  • F&B industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Someone who is detail focused, organized and can work in a fast-paced environment

  • Work experience within the UAE
