Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Over five years of experience in systems engineering or IT infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Extensive experience with virtualization and cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security, and firewalls.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues swiftly.
• Strong project management skills and capability to lead technical projects.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and team interactions.
• Experience with ITIL practices and service management methodologies is a plus.
