Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Must be BS or MS in Computer Engineer from reputed institution with VCP, MCP, MCSA & MCSE Certifications.
• Experience: 05 years of experience.
• Location: Karachi (On-site)

• Evaluate all IT architecture & Service Model to develop required presentations and white papers for all technical processes and evaluate performance of staff and provide required feedback of all processes.
• Microsoft Platform Active Directory, DNS, IIS, SQL FTPs, & Emails Servers Management on premise (i.e. Microsoft Exchange & Mail Enable with scripting skills).
• Web Hosting, Domain & DNS Management.
• VMware Server virtualization, VCenter, Veaam Backup & restore.
• Data Center Management with HP & Dell Servers.
• Knowledge of Linux Operating systems and its tools.
• PFSense firewall, VPNs & Proxies configuration, management (with scripting skills).
• Capacity planning of Server Infrastructure & Applications.
• Well aware of ISO Standard of Information Security & Service Management.
• Ensure all SLAs are served as per commitment.
• Develop and maintain all Flows of IT Architecture in production environment.
• Ensure effective reporting & analysis of Operational KPIs as per standards.
• Coordinate with all business and IT partners and analyze all business requirements of clients and provide resolutions for all business and IT associate issues.
• Gathers facts and data to be used in the review of proposals which consist of objectives, scope, and user expectations.
• Supports small to large scale research and development initiatives and/or projects involving the implementation of new technologies.
