About the Job 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Supervisor (UAEN) in Housekeeping to join Jumeirah Living Marina Gate. 

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: 

• Oversee the day-to-day Housekeeping operations during assigned shifts, ensuring guest rooms, residences and public areas are maintained to the required cleanliness, presentation and service standards. 
• Supervise, guide and support the Housekeeping team, allocating daily assignments and monitoring the completion and quality of work. 
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, residences and assigned areas to ensure consistent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation. 
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry and other operational departments to address guest requests and resolve maintenance or service-related matters promptly. 
• Monitor room status, priority rooms, VIP requirements, long-stay residents and special requests to support smooth daily operations and personalised guest experiences. 
• Ensure Housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities and equipment are appropriately controlled and available to support operational requirements.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• UAE National (Emirati) with a passion for hospitality and guest service excellence. 
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field is preferred. 
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant Housekeeping experience within a luxury hotel, serviced residence or hospitality environment, ideally with supervisory responsibilities. 
• Good knowledge of Housekeeping operations, room inspection standards, cleaning procedures and linen management. 
• Strong supervisory and team coordination skills with the ability to motivate and support colleagues. 
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
