Job Description

As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations towards their long-term goals by ensuring that their business strategies are aligned with market trends and internal capabilities. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to address key business challenges and opportunities.

  • Mentor and coach junior consultants to develop their strategic analysis skills.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the strategy team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading strategic planning processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and guide strategic discussions.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape requires vigilant research.
