Lead one of Crucifer Academy’s content-development teams and take end-to-end responsibility for the design, development, quality and launch readiness of at least two of the Academy’s four core courses.

What you will do

• Define course architecture and outcomes
• lead multi-format content creation
• manage and coach 2–3 junior team members
• work with SMEs and faculty
• create AI-enabled content workflows
• own quality assurance
• coordinate curriculum, recording, LMS integration and assessments
• improve courses after launch.
  
  

What you must bring

• 10+ years in learning design, instructional design, learning solutions or talent development
• experience building complete learning journeys
• strong instructional-design foundations
• team leadership
• stakeholder and SME management
• exposure to digital, experiential or blended learning
• comfort with AI-enabled workflows.
