Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a retail team to achieve daily sales quotas and objectives.
  • Implement strategic marketing plans to increase store traffic and sales growth.
  • Analyze financial reports to make recommendations for improving profit margins.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards by supervising and coaching staff members.
  • Establish and maintain high merchandising and visual standards in compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels, process orders, and ring sales to prevent stock-outs and overages.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and development plans.
  • Oversee the execution of promotional events and new product launches in the store.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies as well as local, state, and federal laws.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess store performance and inform business decisions.
  • Develop innovative solutions and tactics to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a comparable role.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a proven track record of team management success.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgetary and financial operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and staff.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Proficient in point-of-sale systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
