The Senior Store Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations, staffing, and profitability of a retail store. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in retail store management required.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing store revenue.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent customer service skills to enhance customer relations and satisfaction.
