Job Description

As a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of our organization. Your expertise in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent will significantly influence the success and growth of our company. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their strategic goals and resource needs, and you will develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to meet these needs. Your role will include leveraging various tools and platforms to find the best candidates and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. This position requires someone with experience, drive, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans for achieving hiring objectives.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through a mix of traditional and innovative methods like databases, job portals, and social media.
  • Screen potential candidates through resume evaluations, interviews, and assessments.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and postings to attract diverse top talent.
  • Manage and coordinate the full recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize recruiting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent acquisition strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and hiring practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software effectively.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
